I’ve never dived. Where should I start?
Choose Try Diving for a supervised introduction or Open Water if you want to train for your first certificate.
How much is diving in Pattaya?
Our beginner options start at ฿3,300 for a dive with snorkelling, or ฿3,900 for two introductory dives. Certified fun dives cost ฿2,900 for two dives or ฿3,900 for three. Open Water is ฿14,500.
Is the ฿900 deposit an extra fee?
No. It is deducted from your full diving price. Checkout charges the deposit; your remaining balance is shown with the booking.
Can I choose my dive site?
Tell us your preference. Sites depend on conditions, the itinerary and diver suitability, so a particular reef, wreck or wildlife sighting is not guaranteed.
What is included?
Standard diving days include equipment, tanks and weights, instructor or guide support, local pickup arrangements, breakfast and coffee, Thai lunch and towels. Check the individual experience and tell us about special requirements.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, sun protection and personal essentials. Certified divers should bring qualification details. Tell us your equipment sizes in advance.
Can children take part?
Contact the instructor team before paying. Age and programme requirements vary; we need to confirm the appropriate arrangements.
What if I have a medical question?
Contact the team about the participant screening process before booking. Do not put medical details in the public booking notes. We can explain which paperwork is needed.
What if I haven’t dived for a long time?
Tell us when you last dived and how you feel about returning. We’ll discuss whether refresher practice is appropriate.
Can I stay or buy equipment?
Yes. Our main Copperband website has the equipment shop and Dragon House accommodation. Those are arranged separately from this site’s diving checkout.
